Proudly Serving the Pacific Northwest

About Spark Six
We founded Spark Six Collective to fill a gap — a need for flexible, community-centered engagement in economic development. We blend strategy, collaboration, and hands-on implementation to help communities move from ideas to action. Our approach is built on trust, accountability, and shared purpose.

We’re based in Southwest Washington and work with cities, ports, regional organizations, and employers throughout the state and greater Northwest. Whether we’re guiding a small city through business retention or aligning partners for statewide workforce initiatives, we meet you where you are and scale support to fit your goals.
How We Can Collaborate
Together, we’ll identify opportunities, build partnerships, and implement solutions that strengthen your local economy. Every engagement is hands-on, measurable, and designed to deliver lasting impact. Our work includes:

BUSINESS RETENTION
We help communities sustain and strengthen existing employers through proactive outreach, insight, and tailored retention strategies.

BUSINESS EXPANSION
We coordinate resources and partnerships that help businesses grow, invest locally, and create new opportunities for the region.

BUSINESS ADVISORY
We create space for practical dialogue, helping decision-makers navigate change and build stronger, more resilient local economies.

WORKFORCE PARTNERSHIP
We align employers, educators, and agencies to create workforce pathways that meet evolving industry needs.

CHILDCARE INITIATIVES
We help communities and employers expand childcare access, supporting working families and local economic stability.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Jill Walters!
I started Spark Six with a simple belief: collaboration creates momentum. With a background in economic development, public partnerships, and community strategy, I’ve seen what happens when we align resources and relationships for shared success. My goal is to make that alignment happen — one project, one partnership, and one community at a time.
